Cell Outing - 21 June 2006 (My 1st VIDEO ever!)

Edit: This is my first “made-for-my-website” video! YEAY!

So we celebrated at Lik Xon’s house.

It just struck me that Che Che & Ck are going away indefinitely. That’s so sad! WAH!

Tonight was supposed to be a “farewell” party for Che che and CK and a celebration for the June babies… 

Oh no…

I thought I should stick up some pictures … and a video. Yes, my cell members are going to feature in my video premiere. I’m putting my firewire card to good use.

We had pizza, KFC, noodles - that’s what is in the pots by the way. Noodles. I just realised I never got a picture of my chocolate coated marshmallows with colour star sprinkles!!! AAAAHHH!!!

The noodles are in bags because they were bought. The noodles expanded too. Gross. They tasted ok though.

I thought this shot was quite artistic. Do yo know what it is? It’s my cellmate’s lip. She had an ulcer and I wanted to get a photo of it. Oh well. Didn’t really work. My ulcer is still around and it’s really painful. It’s like a large gash my ulcer. Sigh. Her ulcer was quite big too. Too bad I have bad photo taking skills.

That A&W root beer bottle keeps getting featured. The one & only. Guess nobody had the heart to throw it away? Product Placement. Pay up A&W!

Just a random comment - but the girl on the right, if you can notice, she has cascading hair that reminds me of Mariah Carey. Grammy Awards time? Unsure… but Mariah-esque none the less.

Mariah got a lot of flack tonight and I was holding my cool. Although I did tell some people they were going down in ratings for trashing Mariah so badly. OH well. I guess I was a bit harsh…I didn’t really mean it… but they shouldn’t say stuff like that about her anyhow. It’s no wonder that Mariah is so insecure with people such as these. But that’s what gives her the drive to push on… and achieve more than any of us. I respect her for that.

Katharine McPhee has some supporters in cell. woot!

Unfortunately, due to my little bubble that I’ve been living in the past month, I couldn’t quite connect with anybody on any other level. Not my problem. HAHAH… who told these people to be so out of touch with the wonderful world of Katharine McPhee… ha ha.

I was watching Mariah today on Jay Leno and my oh my, is she nervous or what?! I think that’s what I really like about her… she’s definitely not pompous and she pretends to be but from that interview… she was quite jumpy and still trying to keep her cool but she was so conscious of her surroundings… so… uneasy. She’s become really thin too… her legs!! OH MY GOODNESS… I should stick up a few screen caps for you to see…

All the weight that she’s been losing has made her look like a completely different person. It’s weird when I look at her some times. Plus she changed her hair colour so it’s like, “Is this really Mariah???” Just note used to it…

Oh my… Mariah has a Maybach. Actually, why is this new to me? I’ve seen her in it a couple of times already and I was truly shocked the first time I saw her in it… but she’s admitted it on Jay Leno! hahah… you go Mariah! Too bad it’s not that wonderful ‘cos it’s got leaks… A Maybach with leaks?!! You would think for that price they’d patch it up ???

I remember admiring the Maybach a couple of years ago… It’s only for the super rich… haha… ‘cos it costs a bomb so… at the time it was something like a AUD1,000,000 and only 1000 were made a year or something of that insane nature…Here are some links for Maybach:-

By the way, it seems Taylor Hicks sold 227,000 of his single “Do I Make you Proud?” which means he’ll be no.1 on the Hot 100 this coming week. Oh dear… it’s great for him… well last year, Carrie Underwood knocked Mariah Carey out of the no.1 spot for a week… so maybe that’ll happen to Taylor too… just one week … but it’s expected… this was the winning single after all… oh well, I’m praying for Katharine McPhee’s single release next week… Hopefully, it won’t disappoint.

One last note before I sleep. That video took me so long to make. It’s 2:49am

I thought I should add that I’ve got a praise report! My dad went to the doctor today to do his check-up and… yeay! His blood counts have maintained for the last 3 weeks… which is definitely something we can praise God for! Usually, he’ll need another transfusion around this time. So this is something hopeful for us. Great news! God’s good. He’s not just good, He’s great! Thank you Jesus!! It’s a lesson for me… don’t worry… God’s bigger and greater. AMEN!
