In Loving Memory: A Day Before 8 Months

My foray into vlogs… I am sticking this up a day before 8 months just in case I don’t get to post this on June 2, 2008.

I had an epiphany today to try out this song on the guitar. I sang it in the one and only key that I know. I had many takes but I chose this one ‘cos it fell into place. I think Papa would have liked the outtakes. I think Papa would have been amused with my ”new mascot”. HAHA! So this is an introduction to my “new mascot”.

This is the first part of Mariah Carey’s “Bye Bye”. Remember how I said I wasn’t quite myself the last month or two? I think this song had a lot to do with my melancholy. Playing this song non-stop, I’d get sad just listening to the lyrics.

I heard some sombre news today. A friend’s 2 year old nephew has just been diagnosed with leukaemia.
